Eclipse Crown Payment Security: Deposits and Payouts Protected

Eclipse Crown payment security combines what the casino does, SSL and fraud prevention on every transaction and payouts only to methods in the account holder's name, with what you do: protecting the login that opens the cashier. This page explains both, along with the practical rules for deposits from €20 and withdrawals at Eclipse Crown.

The own-name rule

Every deposit must come from a card, e-wallet, bank account or crypto wallet in your own name, and every payout goes back to such a method. Money from someone else's account is returned to its owner and winnings from it are confiscated. For a payout, a personal card can receive up to your net card deposit; the rest goes by another method in your name. This rule is one of the strongest protections against misuse: it makes it very hard for someone who got into your account to send money to themselves.

Methods and currencies

Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, bank transfer and twelve cryptocurrencies, depending on your country: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, ADA, BNB, BCH and SOL. Fiat balances in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, AUD, NZD and CAD. The cashier works in EUR internally.

Deposit from €20.

Sign in and deposit

Depositing safely

  1. Sign in on eclipsecrown.com from your bookmark, with 2FA.
  2. Open the cashier and choose a method in your own name.
  3. Enter at least €20 and, if you want an offer, a code in the promo field.
  4. Confirm with your bank or wallet.

Crypto safety

Copy deposit addresses only from your own cashier after signing in, never from a message. Check the network fee so that at least the minimum arrives, for example 0.0003 BTC or 20 USDT for €20. For crypto payouts, double-check the address of your own wallet before confirming.

Withdrawing safely

Finish or cancel any active bonus, choose a method in your own name, enter an amount within its limits and upload any requested documents in the Documents tab. Timing depends on the method, verification and, for crypto, the network.

Verification as protection

Before a payout, the casino may ask for a photo ID, a proof of address and proof of your payment method, in Latin or Cyrillic script, and may call your registered number. It is a security step: it means a stolen login alone cannot turn into a withdrawal. If the casino cannot reach you during the check, the account may be locked until verification is complete.

Payment scams

Fees

Method or network fees are shown before you confirm; banks and intermediary banks may charge their own; processing fees may apply to deposits withdrawn without being played through.

If a payment looks wrong

If you see a deposit or withdrawal request you did not make, change your password, set up 2FA and contact live chat (24/7) or [email protected] immediately. Do not ask your bank to reverse a genuine deposit before talking to support: chargebacks on legitimate deposits are treated as fraud. See our support page, bonus page and responsible gambling page.

A safe payment routine

A short routine makes every payment safer. Sign in from your own bookmark, never from a link, and complete the second factor. Before depositing, glance at My Balance and Promo > My Bonuses so you know the account looks as you left it. Use the same method in your name each time where possible, which also simplifies verification later. For crypto, copy the address from the cashier screen at the moment of depositing, not from an old note or a message. After the session, sign out on any shared device. If anything in the cashier looks unfamiliar, stop and ask live chat before going further.

Why the casino sometimes asks questions

Fraud prevention sometimes means a payment is checked before it goes through, or a document is requested before a payout. That can feel slow, but it protects you: the same checks that briefly delay a genuine payout stop a fraudulent one. Answering requests promptly and keeping your profile details accurate keeps the delay short.

Limits as a safeguard

Deposit limits are usually thought of as a safer-play tool, but they are also a security backstop: a daily deposit limit caps how much could go through the cashier on any one day. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately.

Payouts and Crown Rewards

From the Totality phase of Crown Rewards, withdrawals get priority, alongside a personal manager. Priority does not skip security: own-name methods and any requested checks still apply.
