Eclipse Crown Support: Reporting Suspicious Activity and Security Issues
Security questions and reports of suspicious activity go to Eclipse Crown support through live chat on eclipsecrown.com, available 24/7 and even while signed out, by email at [email protected], or through the Support page form. This page explains what to report, how to report it and what genuine support will and will not ask of you.

Open live chat on eclipsecrown.comHow to report it
- If you can sign in, change your password first and set up 2FA.
- Open live chat and give your account email.
- Describe what you saw, when, and on which device.
- For a suspicious message, say where it came from, without forwarding any codes.
What happens next
The team can help you check recent activity and secure the account. To make sure they are talking to the account holder, they may ask you to confirm details or provide a supporting document through the Documents tab. Changes to your email or personal details follow the same protection.
Act quickly
Under the Terms, refund requests related to unauthorised access are time-limited. Reporting the same day gives the team the most room to help, and changing your password at once stops further access.
How to recognise genuine support
| Genuine support | Not genuine |
|---|---|
| Reached through eclipsecrown.com or [email protected] | An unknown account that contacts you first in a messenger |
| Points you to the Documents tab | Asks for documents by reply or chat |
| Never asks for passwords or codes | Asks for a code "to verify" |
| Never asks for money | Asks for a fee to unlock or release funds |
When the casino contacts you
As part of verification, especially around a withdrawal, the casino may email you or call the number on your account. A genuine contact refers you to the Documents tab and never asks for credentials or payment. If in doubt, open eclipsecrown.com from your bookmark and ask in live chat. Replying promptly matters: an account the casino cannot reach about a withdrawal may be locked until verification is complete.
Other support topics
Support also covers accounts, payments, bonuses and verification. See our payment security page, 2FA page and FAQ page.
Complaints
If an answer does not resolve the issue, ask for it to be treated as a complaint; it is escalated within Eclipse Crown and you are kept informed. Only the account holder may complain. Safer play: our responsible gambling page; brand: our about page.
A good security report
Clear reports get faster results. For example: "This morning at about 9:00 I received a recovery email I did not request. I have not clicked it. I have changed my password and set up 2FA. Can you check whether anyone else signed in?" Or: "At 22:15 yesterday I saw a withdrawal request I did not make in my account. I have changed my password." Time, what you saw and what you have already done are the three things the team needs.
